The Difference Between Registered and Non-Registered End Users/Consumers
Registered end users are existing customers who have an account to log into the web shop of their dealer. Consumers are any other customers who do not have an account for a dealer’s website, but they do have an account for the merchandise web shop. In other words, consumers are the fans of the brand and registered end users are direct customers of the dealer.

How do I log in?
If you are a dealer, registered end customer you can login in on this website. You can log in via the ‘login’ button in the top banner on the right-hand side or below. Dealers and registered end customers can log in with the same login details you use for the Agricenter webshop.
If you are a dealer and you don’t have a login please click the ‘Contact’ button, fill the form and describe your request.

Logging in
How do I log in?
As a consumer you can use the login details of your account with this website or other SDF merchandise webshops. In case you don’t have a login as a consumer you can register for an account in the order process.
If you make frequent purchases and would like to purchase on account and you don’t have an account, please contact the dealer you selected for your purchase in the order process. You can find the contact details of your dealer in the customer portal (My account, Orders history).

How do I register?
To register go to the customer portal or just place your products into the shopping cart and register during the ordering process.
Why do I need to select a dealer?
The dealer you select will be selling the ordered products to you and will be your service point(you may change dealer of reference while placing an order with the “Change dealer” button, after the check out). You can contact that dealer for returning products and for any questions you may have. After placing an order at the webshop, you shall receive an order confirmation. The final invoice will be from the dealer you selected, confirming your payment by credit card.
Ordering & Delivery
How can I order a product?
You can put the products you would like to order in your order basket, add or change items and finalize your order by clicking on the order basket. The webshop will guide you through ordering procedure. In the ordering process you enter your delivery and invoice address, select a dealer nearby as your selling party and pay the order by your credit card.
Can I follow the status of my order?
Please contact your selected dealer for status information of your order. You can find the contact details of your selected dealer in the customer portal on this webshop after login (My account, Orders history) or after you selected a dealer as your selling party.
What are the delivery times?
When you select a product you will see if a product is instantly available. The delivery time of available products is displayed in the table below. Note, these delivery times are valid if your ordered before 15.00 (CET).

The delivery costs depend on your country and are clearly stated before you finalized your order.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay safely and simply by credit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can buy your product(s) at your selected dealer. You can find the contact details of your dealer in the customer portal after login (My account, Orders history) or after you selected a dealer in the customer portal.
Returns
How do I return a product?
If you would like to return a product, you can fill the return form in the customer portal after login. The return form guides you through the process (My account, Orders history or Return request).
Can I follow the status of the returned order?
Your dealer can inform you about the status. You can find the contact details of your dealer in the webshop portal after login (My account, Orders history).
What are the conditions of returning a product?
You can return your purchase within 14 days. Your dealer will refund the price of the goods of your order. For more information please read the terms & conditions of your selected dealer. You can find the terms & conditions of your dealer in the customer portal after login and during the ordering process.
Warranty
What warranty do I have on the delivered products?
The warranty conditions you agreed to while you placed the order are available in the Terms & Conditions of Sale your selected dealer provides in your customer portal.
